9. Any person who-

(1.) shall prove to the satisfaction of the Dentists tion.

190 B bona fide practitioner of dentistry and dental surgery in this Colony, and shall make application in writing to the Dentists Board for registration within six months after this Ordi- nance comes into operation; or
(2.) shall produce evidence, to the satisfaction of the Dentists Board, that ho possesses a degree, diploma or certificate, granted by any univer- sity, corporation, college or other body in any of His Majesty's dominions, which entitles him to practise dentistry and dental surgery in such dominion; or
(3.) shall produce evidence, to the satisfaction of the Dentists Board, that he possesses a degree, diploma or certificate, granted by any foreign university, corporation, college or other body, which degree, diploma or certificate is recog- nized by the General Medical Council of the United Kingdom as entitling such person to practise dentistry and dental surgery in the United Kingdom;
shall be entitled to be registered under this Ordinance: Provided that such person shall prove, to the satisfaction
of the Dentists Board, that he is of good character, and is
not less than twenty-one years of age.
10. (1.) If the Dentists Board is satisfied that any person Certificate

13.
